How We Work
We don't hold large amounts of stock across every size, style and colourway. Keeping less stock means less risk of unsold items going to waste and lower running costs, and it means more of every sale goes toward our actual purpose: removing financial barriers between young people and playing sport.
In practice, this means some orders ship quickly because we already have what you've ordered, and others take a little longer while we get it made and finished. We'd rather be upfront about that than promise next-day delivery we can't consistently deliver.

Most orders arrive well within these windows. The figures above are a worst case, not a target, and we'll always email you a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
International Orders
We currently ship internationally on request. Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the delivery cost shown at checkout. These vary by country and are set by your local customs authority, not by us.
Bulk and Multi-Item Orders
Orders over £75 qualify for free UK delivery, so it's worth combining items into one order where you can. This also helps us keep fulfilment simple and efficient.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
- UK orders: if your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier.
- International orders: if your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days of the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier.
If the courier confirms a parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you'd prefer.
If tracking shows a delay rather than a loss, we'll keep you updated and won't ask you to simply keep waiting without information.
Partner Purchases
Every order is fulfilled directly by OURSPACE, including orders placed through a partner's page or link. Delivery costs and timeframes are exactly the same regardless of which partner you bought through.
