Who We Are
OURSPACE is a leisurewear brand operated by Sport Local Action CIC, a community interest company. Every purchase supports our purpose: removing financial barriers between young people and playing sport.
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll send an order confirmation, but that's not acceptance. A contract is only formed when we dispatch your order and confirm it's on its way.
- You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
- You must provide accurate delivery and payment information.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error, in which case we'll refund you in full.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout. We try to make sure all prices are accurate, but if a genuine pricing error occurs, we'll contact you before dispatching your order and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel.
Products
We make every effort to show colours and details accurately, but slight variation between what you see on screen and the physical product is normal and doesn't count as a fault. Product descriptions, sizing, and availability may change without notice.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery costs, timeframes, and your right to return or exchange an item are set out in our separate Delivery & Fulfilment Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
Partner Purchases
Some products are sold through partner organisations, such as sports clubs and community groups, promoting OURSPACE to their own community. Wherever you buy, your order is fulfilled directly by OURSPACE and these terms apply in exactly the same way.
Intellectual Property
The OURSPACE name, logo, and all site content, including product designs, photography, and text, belong to Sport Local Action CIC or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission.
Our Liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or acting without reasonable care, but we're not responsible for losses that aren't foreseeable, or for business losses if you're using our site for commercial purposes. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that applied when you placed your order are the ones that govern that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
